Hiding your identity during protests

Hide tattoos, put on gloves, cover your ears, change your gait (by temporarily altering your shoes), and wear a mask, sun glasses and a cap, plus some black face paint or fake tattoo, because facial recognition can now identify you despite wearing a mask. BBC:

Facial recognition beats the Covid-mask challenge

The police can also register people’s distinct heartbeats, from a distance, I kid you not. The Economist:

People can now be identified at a distance by their heartbeat

MIT Technology Review:

The Pentagon has a laser that can identify people from a distance—by their heartbeat

Put on a thick jacket with a constantly vibrating or moving device in a pocket near your heart.

The military doesn’t inform media about their best spy gear, so assume that their equipment is much better than reported by journalists.

If the police get your biometrics during a lawful protest it’s on your permanent record and can be used to track you down later if you violate (new) laws in the future, including some of the many minor laws that you maybe don’t know about today. With Fusion AI surveillance it’s already close to 1984 or Brave New World in cities like New York.
